Chubs (1 lb) of ground turkey in my store for $1.79 right now.......frozen good until Jan 2022. Pork is still reasonable, but everything else is going through the roof.

I dug out a corned beef from the freezer yesterday and tonight we'll be having corned beef & cabbage with all the fix'n's. A few beers before hand is also in order for this wet cloudy cold day.
Did a tri-tip on the grill yesterday with ranch beans and the wifes tater salad... and beer.
Today gonna be on the tractor cutting weeds, so it will be dogs of the hot, grilled tonight with maybe some fries or onion rings... and there will be beer!
Making boneless pork ribs in the insta-pot and fried taters and corn. needed it to be easy was on the tractor doing fertilizer this am then mowing the rest of the day ... and Beer!
I have been OD'ing on fresh asparagus for every supper these last several days. Went shopping this morning and had to use the facilities to take a leak at the local Meijer store. The guy three urinals away commented....."smells like you have been enjoying your asparagus!" 😂
My boy is flying in from the bush today for moral support and my first grand baby will be born tomorrow at 7am so tonight is steaks on the deck. BIG steaks and asparagus right on the fire.

Chuck roast in the crock pot.... and beer!
Took a pork tenderloin, slit it open like a sub roll.
Seasoned with fresh herbs from the garden and fresh garlic from last year's garden.
Stuffed with provolone cheese. Wrapped with 1lb of bacon, toothpicks to keep it tight.
One hour on a broiler pan, in a 350° oven for an hour.
Fresh baby bok choy and mushrooms, from the Asian market. stir fried in a wok.
Mmmmnnnn.
And tequila sours....
