Central banks are making lots of effort to make sure that CBDC isn’t seen as a possible monetary-policy instrument,” says Benoît Coeuré, head of the Bank for International Settlements’ innovation hub and a former European Central Bank policy maker. “My take is that that discussion will come only later.”

Right, conventional banks with offices or lobbies will be replaced with a mandatory smartphone and government controlled software for them. Lose your phone, don't worry, without fingerprints and 3 dimensional faces to recognize nothing will work.

Papers? Who needs papers now.it's all electronic surveillance with biometric data for serious inquires. Everything will be backed up in computer clouds until you die. All hail the The NWO.

Three dimensional (3D) * recognition uses the unique and variable structure of

the face captured from multiple angles. Because the structure of a face is not affected

by changes in lighting or pose, 3D * recognition offers the potential to improve

accuracy over 2D systems. As a result, 3D technology allows for flexibility in

image comparisons and greatly increases the probability of matching a subject to a

photo from a database of images. * recognition with 2D systems is more

mature than 3D systems, which are in their infancy. Development is continuing on

both systems, improving them for the end user.
