Have any Hi-Point owners found a IWB holster for the C9 that they like?

The problem you will run into is most "good" holster makers probably don't list holsters for hi point firearms. The reason is that a "good" holster that most folks would be willing to wear all day will cost as much as a new hi point. Good luck.

Try Versacarry. Some folks don't think they are "good" holsters, but they are leather and very inexpensive.
Alien Gear makes several different holsters for all the different Hi Points.
