From an x tenant who is getting a new landlord tomorrow. Ask if I had anything for rent. They decided not to gamble with a new manager. Just took their rent for a house I had ready to go. Told them I would drop off my enclosed car hauler tomorrow morning and would pick it up and drop it off at their new rental. They have been tenants for 5 yrs and wanted me to continue to be their landlord.

Their new landlord coming by my x properties will be livid ...One has an eviction going on.. one is leaving.. others have called me complaining.
Good for you good tenants are hard to find.
