Remington 788 308 complete bolt needed

A friend gave me a beautiful Remington 788 308 rifle except the bolt is missing. I've googled until I'm blue in the face. Does anyone have an idea where to get the complete bolt assembly? Thanks in advance for any help.

They are special run, so you might have to wait for them to tool up.
Correct Chris. I emailed them and they supply the bolt housing only but not complete and they have no plan on putting the part in production anytime soon. I appreciate your input!
Here is a repaired 788 bolt - not making any suggestions or recommendations - just saying there is one.
If you ever have one in 30-30 - don't make the mistake I did and sell it because you have a lever action in 30-30.

Update- Pacific Tool & Gauge no longer has the 788 bolt listed as available.
Had the same thing- customer brought in a 788 with missing bolt and tried to order one. PT&G had the bolt on back order for around 7 months until I cancelled it. Now their website no longer lists it.
Evidently, the bolt was easily lost in the field while the rifle was slung on the shoulder and the large safety/bolt release could hook on clothing and release the bolt. My customer got back to the truck only to find his bolt missing, and back tracking yielded no results. If you see a 788 at a gun show with no bolt, pass or consider it only as a parts donor.
