Federal court hearing today (12-2) to stay the implementation of Ballot Measure 114, while it is being challenged.

Great. And my Oregon FFL Dealer has decided to follow the letter of the law and complete my transfer on the basis of the (3) day waiting period. I picked up my gun today :) The only downside is that when/if BM 114 (Bowel Movement 114) goes into affect, my FFL Dealer will be permenantly shut down since more that 90% of his inventory will be illegal to buy or sell in Oregon. And for any gun with a magazine that could hold 10 or more rounds, it will become illegal to transport these "illegal" guns too. And the penalty is a year in jail and I think a $6,250.00 fine.
