When you wrap something, what do you use and why? I generally use foil, but am getting into trying the pink butcher paper.

I generally use tinfoil. Just wondering, since you are using pink, did you also look into getting rainbow colored butcher paper?

Sorry, Ken🤣, I didn't look into it that hard. It's actually pink because it comes from southern pine fibers and that's the natural color, so no bleaching, just clean fiber for cooking. Good, fun poke though.👍️

I lay it on tinfoil to keep the juices from dripping all over the smoker. I dont wrap it, my smoker keeps the meat moist.
I use foil, because that's what we have. I think the pros use the paper, but I get tired of just supposed to have some special use stuff. So nope, foil it is here.
