Anyone having issues with gunbroker BPP claim process?
They have been blowing me off for 2 months.
I submitted the paperwork the requested and nothing but crickets.
Funny they don't have a contact phone number?
I am going to reach out to the parent company and file a complaint.
Anyone have advise on this one?

File your claim with auction side support- you can click on the HELP button on any page.
Once you file, do not continue to file claims or keep adding to your original claim. Each time you do it bumps you out of line all the way to the back as a new complaint.
The auction side and forums side are separate from each other. No one here has access to the auction side buttons, or accounts.

You made a similar post two days ago, and it was closed. It works like this: GB forums have no connection to GB auctions other than sharing the same owner.
No one here can help with auction side issues.
