No me, the neighbors cam burn the section 8 part of the hood down without my help. If I don't score another bullet hole in the carport, I'll celebrate.
Tomorrow I am just going to enjoy time with both of my sons, daughter in law, two granddaughters and my Brother and SIL…. Lots of food, fun, Gator Rides, fireworks, some target shooting and trying to forget all the crap out there even just for a day…….
And remember to be thankful for what I have and the loved ones I will share tomorrow with !!!
we may go to a local fireworks display as the y have them all around us
some we can see from our back yard
its great to be a American
will add , I do not want to sound like or be a downer
I would be embarrassed to actually meet our founding fathers and explain how we got back to almost the same shape they fought and died for not that long ago freedom they so desperately wanted
we have beèn stripped of most our rights and even have to ask permission to even use the ones granted to us
not to mention taxed well beyond reasoning
at some point in history, I hope the people do wake up and take back all we have lost to our overseer's
Tomorrow we are going to meet Uncle Ralph for lunch and my evening will be staying with my horse Rae Shell she did something to her suspensory ligament and it will be a long go on it healing it and we can't have her reinjuring it. And yes, she was named after me (Rachel)

Gonna grill some hot dogs and/or hot links and if I wanna see fireworks this evening. all I have to do is look around, there is always some near by or the south sky line will be filled (Ft. Worth). Some years we do fireworks on my place, but too much hay yet to be cut this year to risk it.
Tradition demands that I set off some firecrackers, done so ever since I was a kid.
As A kid I think I looked more forward to the 4th of July than I did Christmas. Up until year 2000 we use to get a fireworks permit, then we were able to buy the class B fireworks and invite mom and dad and the family out, and the neighbors, it was sort of a family reunion you might say. But after mom passed it just wasn’t the same.
Well it’s almost 8 I better let the neighbors down the road know it’s the 4th. As dad always said: don’t grow up just grow old. lol.

Happy Independence day to all my GB brothers and sisters.
GOD BLESS AMERICA
AMEN!!!!!!!
So, small town Idaho Independence Day celebrations are the best. Most of
the residences had fireworks going off during the main show put on by
the Rotary. And it's quite apparent they all got them from the
reservations because there were many times it was hard to tell which was
the main show and which was some random dude blowing up a $200 stick.
Not to mention the dood shooting roman candles at the Rotary guys in the
park. Good times.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
