C&R?
Can a C&R lincensee in the state of CT receive C&R eligible handguns or are they precluded under the state law of CT?
Thanks,
Wuchak
Thank you for your time.

Anybody know offhand if I can just send it in and get it renewed, or do I have to start over?
Thanks...

i have a C&R .
I know your not to use it for business,
if I decide to sell a C&R gun I had bought before my license can I send it to someone that has a C&R. or would it be better to just use an FFL for this sell
Also do I have to log my OLDER C&R guns into a the log now that I have a C&R.[?]

Tempus Fugit.
also can you sportize a C&R les say mauser and keept as a relic and what about if you want to sel it later.
thanks
Thanks,
Jeff
If the FFL accepted your C&R, the FFL.
There's your answer. The FFL booked it in from the auction company and subsequently transferred it to you.
But, technically, guns that are incidental parts of an estate may be transferred directly to you by the auction company like a private sale, federal, state, & local law permitting. Most auction companies don't want to risk liability, so they require the buyer to pay their FFL a fee to handle the transfer. I always take that into consideration when setting my maximum bid.
