Hello all! I'm thinking about buying a place on or near Lake Norman. I've checked into the area of Cornelius and other various areas around the lake. Anyone have any ideas of the best areas on the lake close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc?? Keep in mind I am not a rich man...Thanks!

    Huntersville area has the most retail/eats and such, though no area is really isolated. If you are not rich, you will probably not find a place ON the lake. EVERYWHERE up there is congested and a pain in the butt to get around. Even I-77 is a parking lot twice a day. Enjoy!
