Here on the East coast of South Carolina pickins are good for the above mentioned...The spring can host world class fishing with yellowfin, big wahoo not to forget the mighty dorados! Last spring I landed my biggest hoo @ more than 70lbs with the fish box full what a day. Bottom fishing has its yeilds as well with nice groupers (gags, scamps and red groupers) and they all eat real good! I made my wife valentine's dinner with red grouper stuffed with lumped crab finishing it with a lemon butter caper sauce! Dat was real good. Won't be long but for now I'm heading out to the range to shoot my new Kimber.

Hey Recon-We're going to be down there in a few weeks, any room in your boat? Isn't it a long boat ride out to the golf stream? This has always discourged me from heading out. Have Fun
