    You and your fellow brothers in amrs never got the proper respect for your service. Yours was a service that deserved respect on par with any other veteran of any other war if not more. I may not be American(German) but I have studied the war both in the field and on the homefront in Grad School.I would be ashamed if someone fought for me so I wouldnt have to and I treated them as anything less then honorable men.

    Ditto to ECCs' post. I would like to thank all Vietnam veterans who went to that nasty place to do a job that many others refused to do. Hold your heads very, very high.
