my veterans service officer that is assisting me said if i ever reach 75 percent diabled thru the va that i can apply for 100 percent diability due to unemployabability
call him and ask about it 308-432-0119 .

    Yeah, I'm already there. I was declared over 75% disabled back in 93. I tried to work until 2001. After my 5th surgery on my back and losing a kidney, that was it. Remember your still allowed to earn extra money while on disability. GOD knows we can't live on what they give us.

    75% would automatically put you at 80%. To apply for I.U. Individual Unemployability, you have to have at least a 60% rating or higher. One of the schedulars in there better be at least 40% though. We shoot down claims all day because of little errors
