A friend of mine sent this patch to me not long ago.He has just completed his second visit to the sandbox.He flies one of these rascals and has recently been awarded an Air Medal for his actions.These are great aircraft and I worked on these D models for about 7 years during my time working at Ft.Rucker as a mechanic.I just thought y'all would enjoy seeing it.That's a bunch of combat flight hours these aircraft have logged overall.My thanks to all of you for your service and sacrifice. image-5.jpg

    Very cool little helocopter, used them for support many times training and real world. but getting hit on the ground by the .50 brass sucks.
