But they will soon enough! Probably after The Democrats win in 2016 presidential elections!

Just like when they approved abortions this will cause uncountable deaths it's all for your protection and safety is what they will say![:o)]

The madness under law & order will be total awareness for all with severe punishment or death if found to be a terrorist with an illegal gun! All Americans who do so will be an enemy of The NWO.

On Monday morning, the United States Supreme Court neither accepted or denied a potentially significant case on the ability of some Americans to own assault weapons.

What makes you so positive ^^^ ?

Look around at the whole world ? Is there any other nation that gives it's citizens the right to bear arms?

Nope they all have conceded to having only The oligarchical powers possess this power to themselves because the collective of people cannot be trusted anymore to be moral so what makes the oligarchic moral?

Who or what would kill more? A lunatic gun owner or lunatic world leader?

I see it as less a NWO progression and more an "Old World Order" regression.

History does repeat itself. The reason the 2nd amendment was added was at that time it was prohibited for a citizen (peasant more accurately) to possess a sword, mace, lance, etc. These "assault weapons" of their time were restricted to the authorities. The bow being allowed because the people could use these for hunting and sporting. Does any of this sound familiar?

Would anyone really be surprised that the Supreme Committee would NOT hear a 2nd amendment case. It takes 4 of the 9 and apparently the case is not focused in a direction they wish to hear.

Who do you want selecting the next member of the Committee?
    remember Heller was 5/4.

    Not Acting is Acting.

    Only 4 justices are needed.

Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Roberts are 4.

That these 4 did not act shows that Scalia in 'Heller' and Alito in 'McDonald' were serious when they stated that government retains the powers to regulate, license, and register firearms.

Not Acting in this case is a tantamount to a statement in support of the Constitutionality of the Highland Park AWB, and will be viewed by municipalities and State Governments nation wide as such.

Sooner or later everyone who believes in the 2nd Amendment will understand how the false Constitutionalists Scalia and Alito gutted the Second Amendment in their decisions.

The occupant of the White House does not matter. Very few those that occupy the bench will question the power of government, or move to eliminate that power in any given sector. Some claim to support the restriction of power, as Scalia did in Heller and as Alito did in McDonald, but their words betray their Statist hearts.

That Right to Keep and Bear Arms, once enshrined in the 2nd Amendment, has been relegated to legislated access to pre-approved firearms following a petition to government for that access.

This is what a GOP selected majority SCOTUS gave us. God Bless the GOP.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.
