All of the conjecture over what POTUS Trump will do is a waste of breath. The media is already kicking the guy in the nuts for going to dinner at club 21, eating a steak and not inviting the press along for left overs.
The press is going to crucify him every step of the way.
There will be announcements for his cabinet as soon as he makes the decisions. I did not support the man for POTUS but just as I did with Obama I will give him a chance.
