I am just voting against Hillary. I don't care who she runs against.

    I concur.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

Trumpettes define legitimacy as a Trump nomination.

I don't think that is limited to Trump supportes.

Cruz supporters (Cruizers?) would be howling with rage if Kasich walked away with the nomination.

You are probably right, though it would be sad. Kasich obviously has as much legitimacy on a second ballot as does Cruz.

Have to vote against Hillary. None of the front runners are my first choice but Hillary is unacceptable.

Left an absentee ballot and said to vote for Trump. If Trump does not get the nomination,, vote for who he likes best and mail it in and don't tell me who he (I) voted for.
