Could be that the dollar is getting ready to have to buy it's own funny money Bonds back with The Federal Reserve being the buyer? Again! http://bilbo.economicoutlook.net/blog/?p=25161

Remember if The Budget battles spills over into a government shutdown again it may not be pleasant for the dollar valuation! [:o)]

    bet the US govt will SECRETLY support this as our govt has declared china most favored nation status and consider chinese imports (poison wheat gluten, industrial waste in kids toys, tainted sheet rock, etc ad infinitum) with less than 1/10th of one percent inspected...and sending every job possible over there...govt stole gm and chrysler from the original bondholders ,gives it to the unions and the money goes to build new American car plants in china..... a million different plastic gizmos built there...and the little American money left goes to welfare the unemployed ???????..i see this as deliberately breaking America down .....
