The Future: If a corporation has First Amendment rights, could it also claim Second Amendment protections? Amazingly, this is a question some scholars are seriously pondering. As Darrell A.H. Miller wrote in his 2011 article "Guns, Inc." in the NYU Law Review, "If Citizens United is taken seriously, the Second Amendment, like the First Amendment and like many other provisions of the Bill of Rights, guarantees liberties to natural and corporate persons alike

Corporations are people. Without corporations there would not be a job in America worth spit. Wise up.
Sorry but most people in this country don;t even know what a corporation is. They are just like people . Some are good and others are bad. If you don't like one don't deal with it.

Serf. You can thank the government for that. If the corps. never left they wouldn't exist at all. People and corporations are in business to make money. They are not charity organizations. If an employee of Walmart wants to make more money they should go to school and learn something besides how to bag carrots. most of the employees of Walmart I talk to love the job and feel lucky to have it. Anybody who stays at Walmart for 30 years is flat out retarded. If you don't want to work for somebody else start your own business. I did.

The first amendment is a restriction placed upon government. 'Congress shall pass no law...'

The second confirms a natural right of 'the people'.

    Some scholars don't read good.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.

Loaded question that's why they are jumping into Amazon Territory to avoid those property taxes. Most taxes are squandered by local politicians in retirement funds and boom dongle projects that waste tax payer's money, like mass transportation and parks instead of flood control after builder's homes made on cheap flood plain properties with high prices for housing with massive profits for builders as the home owner holds the debt with massive property taxes and flood insurance costs.

The problem is we don't make products here in American to have a decent standard of living due to international corporations using foreign labor while our trade deficit climbs yearly!

In America it's every person for himself now and getting worst daily with illegals pouring into the country. Watch it explode here soon with all the debt we have accumulated while debasing our currency for The NWO growth with free trade deals!

Inside Wal-Mart's 1.2 million square-foot warehouse in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, two 40-foot robotic towers shuttle products like Cheerio's from storage to packaging. It handles more than 70 percent of the orders for best-selling products, Traweek said.

Workers inside wear smart-phone like devices on their wrists that tell them where to find a product, what box it needs to got into and even how much tape is required to seal the package.

The devices give Wal-Mart the ability to store items anywhere in the warehouse and increase efficiency and lower costs, Traweek said, though he would not detail cost savings.

The new warehouses allow Wal-Mart to now ship orders to 70 percent of Americans in a day, Traweek said, but it cannot yet do so profitably. That's why it has not yet begun to promise one-day delivery to customers, he said.

    http://grandfather-economic-report.com/reserves.htm

Since 1952 the international reserve position of the U.S. has fallen from 50% of the world's total to a 2.4% ratio - - a 95% drop. The decline continues.
Many other productive nations now have 31 times more foreign reserves backing up each of their children than we have backing ours, and their lead is increasing as the U.S. continues with massive trade deficits and record high internal private sector debt ratios, with nil savings. With 5% of the world's population, America consumes over 20% of world imports.
The U.S. is the world's largest debtor, a long fall from being the world's largest creditor when I was a young worker.
For the past 30 years the U.S. increasingly has been unable to adequately compete internationally to balance its trade with the rest of the world to export sufficient goods to balance and pay for its imports. Massive deficits soared. Even the information technology sector is in deficit, and for the first time food imports exceeded exports.
The U.S. economy is less independent than prior generations yet 27% of the economy depends on international trade in goods, 4 times more than before - and foreign entities own more and more of our assets than we do theirs - while our education quality suffers relative to others.
The merchandise import ratio has soared six times, from 3% of national income in the mid-1960s to today's 18% ratio - - while the export ratio has failed to improve in the past 25 years despite numerous devaluations of the dollar.
As the U.S. manufacturing base declined 60% the economy realized significantly less capacity to produce goods needed domestically or desired internationally - - assisting import ratios to national income soaring 6 times.
While the U.S. energy production base declined, energy consumption zoomed and the U.S. has become more dependent on imported foreign oil and natural gas than ever before, as graphically shown in the Energy Report. The oil consumption-production gap is a whopping 71%, as consumption soars and production and reserves continually decline. At the time of World War II the US produced all the oil it needed, even exporting to others. No longer.
For most of the 20th century the U.S. 'wrote' most of the rules for world trade. No longer.
For a long time the U.S. dollar was unchallenged as the world's reserve currency. No Longer

    serf.
Most of your complaints are valid but just who is to blame for all these problems? If you make anything in this country with all the regulations, gov. mandates and taxes you can't sell it because nobody can afford to buy it. All the modern production methods you stated about Walmart are for you and other consumers to be able to buy stuff at a lower cost.
You can't buy Chinese stuff and then complain that there are no good paying jobs in this country. Perot warned us about this way back when NAFTA was being promoted and signed by Slick Willey. If it weren't for these corporations most Americans couldn't afford a doughnut.
If the pacific trade agreement goes through it will be a lot worse. Don't kid yourself Hillary will sign that as soon as she can.
She's working for big money. Look up and see who she is getting her money from. It's all about money.
