And the primary place they are going is to China who builds 56% of them, 75% of them is made outside the U.S. The cost of this is $205 billion," Hamm told the FOX Business Network's Stuart Varney.
It only gets worse when it comes to her other ideas to help the average american.

It is very likely that the installation of solar panels produced in China result in more greenhouse gas production than if the power was sourced from existing U.S. power sources.
