Ruth Ginsburg should resign from Supreme Court

Not only has Ginsburg made incredibly STUPID comments about the new POTUS but she has publicly stated SHE HAS NO INTENTION OF BEING IMPARTIAL TO THE NEW ADMINISTRATION.

Ginsburg should resign or be impeached. If nothing else she should recuse herself from any cases that might have a possible conflict of interest or where she can be proven to lack impartiality.

In other words, Justice Ginsberg has declared that her mind is already made up - years before trial arguments even begin.

Even more outrageous is her refusal to back down from the inflammatory statements. On Monday, she told CNN, "[Trump] is a faker. He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego . How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that."

It proves that Ginsburg willfully crossed an unprecedented ethical line, and isn't backtracking one bit.

The mainstream media even agrees she was out of line.

"Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has crossed way, way over the line" is the headline of a Washington Post piece by Daniel Drezner, who wrote a scathing editorial on the grossly inappropriate behavior by Ginsburg.

"This was a remarkably stupid and egregious comment for a sitting Supreme Court justice to make on the record. Say what you will about Justices Antonin Scalia, who died in February, or Clarence Thomas, but they never weighed in on presidential politics quite like this," Drezner writes. "The closest example I can find is that in January 2004, during an election year, Scalia went on a hunting trip with Vice President Dick Cheney. That action alone got legal ethicists into a lather."

Hummm, where are the ethical legal folks now ?? OH,, that's right they were right wing Democrats.

Personally, think she will resign.
