He stressed the importance of commitment to results of the trilateral meeting in 2014 between King Abdullah, US Secretary of State John Kerry and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that called for preserving the status quo in Jerusalem and "respecting the Hashemite custodianship over holy sites in East Jerusalem."

Jordan has appointed 52 new employees and guards at its Jerusalem-based Wakf Department, Minister of State for Media Affairs Mohammed Momani announced on Wednesday.

He said that another 70 employees and guards will be appointed soon to the Wakf Department, which is in charge of Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem.

    Sooooo, the muslims are increasing their presence on the Temple Mount....and bitching that Israel is threatening the status quo?

    Inbreeding with goats for many generations obviously impacts the mental faculties.

    Apparently religions and politics is not separate here! Gosh and The Constitution is still trying to separate them! It will never happen unless the final scene comes into play with good and evil being the theme!

    If they hadn't inbred with goats.......there would be no Jews.

    History is important. The Jews were the first of the Abrahamic religions (1st century BC). Thu muzzies didn't come along until 7th century AD.

    I believe they go back far further than that. I thought it was about 2000 years Before the Common Era.

    The Dome of the Rock is indeed a major flash point. It was Sharon's assault on the Dome of the Rock that caused the first Intifada.
