meanmarine64meanmarine64 Member Posts: 10 ✭✭
This is the second time that i have given my views and i can see that there are a lot of very smart people that write to this forum. I don't spell good but i'm not going to let it stop me from putting my 2 cents i. I read forum a lot and there are a lot of people that feel the same as i do about freedom. I fought real hard for it i thouht, but i know all i did is make a lot of rich people richer. We all want freedom to say what we want to say to protect our loved ones to carry any wepond we wont. People will talk and talk about freedom but not lift a finger to free ourselves that is me to.but it will come down to how full our bellys are. when the government sees that there are a lot of people that have no more to loose what then? I know i will die before my family starves. The bad thing is we will be taking from each other. I'm listening

I don't pretend to be real smart. I just am smart enough to read the Constitution and understand most of it. That, friend, is good enough for me, if you also understand it.
This isn't an English Lit class..we are interested in the fire in your belly and the direction that fire takes.
If it is towards freedom and Rights..welcome aboard.

Rather One good 'ol boy hillbilly then a hundred typical college professors that embrace Socialism.

LOTS of us found this out...too late. Now, it OUR jobs to teach the young the truth. Wouldn't it be fun if our Masters gave a foreign war...and NOBODY WENT ?

This has been true to date. It remains to be seen if this continues to be the case in the future. I know well one thing..individual action
at any time so far is a death sentence to that individual. Waiting has been the only option...till enough get dissatisfied anough.

I know i will die before my family starves. The bad thing is we will be taking from each other. I'm listening Lay in a stock of cheap food today. Do not get trapped into taking it from other people. They then have a legitimate reason to take you out....and NEVER make the mistake of thinking that you are badder then EVERYBODY else out there.

That old saying.."There never was a horse that couldn't be rode, or a man that couldn't be throwed" goes double for a .22 in the hands of some scared out of his wits homeowner lying in the culvert outside his house.

    MM64 ;
Please feel free to ask any questions pertaining to ways to navigate this site. Somebody will be along to answer.

Remember...there are no really stupid questions...just those that are never asked because 'we ought to know that'....

    MM64,

Welcome. I appreciate your comments, your service and your putting your name behind what you have to say. You will probably find a lot to disagree with me on but the 2nd amendment is painfully clear to me as well as most of the rest of the Constitution. If we agree that Constitution is the framework for resolving our disagreements then we should get along fine regardless of how much we disagree on anything else.

By the way, I am no spelling wiz either. I have a spell checker as an add on in the Mozilla Firefox browser I am using which makes me look a tad smarter than I am which is no mean feat,.....[:p]

Your self deprecation is unfounded Scott.
While I disagree with you on many issues, you are of considerably above average intelligence. You are the only person I disagree with here on the forums, that makes me regularly say to myself, "Wait a minute......"
    Thank you.

You can hold the left button down on your mouse and drag thought whatever you wish to copy. This will highlight it. Then right click your mouse and hit `copy'.

Go to your `reply' post and left click in it. Then right click and hit `paste'.

Lift click whatever you copied out and highlight it again.

Go to the top of the `reply' window and observe the little boxes along the top. Position your arrow over the boxes and click on the `quote' button.

Editing of your own post is also done with one of those buttons, or you can trash the whole reply.
