Constitution Enforcement vs Law Enforcement

D.K.D.K. Member Posts: 291 ✭✭✭
Gentlemen/Ladies:

I agree with HIGHBALL and would just as soon "get it on
and get it over"....win or lose. I've had enough of the
BS!

Now the question certainly arises...how to start and where
to start. Why not start within the system as many of you advocate?

Doesn't every political office holder "swear" under oath to
uphold the constitution? Doesn't every law enforcement officer
swear the same oath to uphold the constitution?

We all know that gun laws are unconstitutional. We also know
that search and seisure laws have been put in place that are
simply unconstitutional for the sake of our "war" on drugs.
ETc. Etc.

I would suggest that every time a politician makes an unconstitutional gun law he has violated the law (constitution) himself! I would advocate that when a LEO enforces these laws, he indeed breaks the law himself. When a judge or any other so-called public servant enforces or participates in the enforcement of these
unconstitutional laws they are also guilty!

So my first question would be, "Where are all the law abiding,
constitution enforcing LEOs? Shouldn't they, as constitution and law
enforcement people, be ARRESTING these law breakers? You know,
the above constitution breakers? Or is this too simple a concept?

Would they be alone? I would hope not! Ever heard of a citizens
arrest? I know of no law which prevents a citizen from aiding a
LEO when requested to do so?

We all hate the arrogant SOBs of the BATF...So why don't we arrest them for their unconstitutional acxtivities? Put them on trial,
and put them in prison? The same applies to any gun grabber who is in violation of constitutional law. Would this work? Sure it would, because ALL judges who whould not be enforcing the constitution would be under arrest!

So I propose this to our boys in blue. You, gentlemen, are the
grass roots level of resistance. And I submit that it is not
possible to ENFORCE both the constitution and the law under our
present conditions!

So what's it going to be gentlemen, are you going to be CONSTITUTION
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS or remain part of the corrupt LAW ENFORCEMENT
system? And sirs, I did not put you in this position by my
reasoning or logic.....You did this to yourself when you put on
that blue uniform!

I believe sincerely that this is the how, and where, the rebellion
against our present tyranny must begin. And the when is now. The only thing that remains is to see WHO has the guts to make that
first arrest. This would be the same as being the guy who,
"Fired the shot that was heard around the world!"

I don't particularly like cops. The above logic should explain why.
But I would proudly die alongside any LEO who decided to actually
do his job and arrest these lawbreakers! I would gladly call you friend and co-patriot. And the blue uniform you wear would once
again command respect and appreciation!

I been reading the forum is getting boring....I hope this rant
will bring out the real patriots and expose the closet wussies!

Of course, we won't see any objections from the rest of us, here.

I have theorized what might happen should the people take up arms in this country (and actually win), what would happen to all those of the infrastructure that made a Revolution occur, my guess would be that they would all be given a trial, and executed later that day for treason.

Well, I just read it for the first time, and I LIKE it. And AGREE.

In my "albeit limited" research on the subject, EVERY ONE of them has to take the same "basic" oath.

"I swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America."

Do they even pay attention to the oath they are taking? And don't give me that feces about what it means. How can there be any question with this statement??? "The right of the people, shall not be infringed"

I hear all the time from LEO's that if there were to be a law instated that they would be required to confiscate guns, that they would not do it, because that would be unconstitutional. As your post points out, WHY are they enforcing the UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws now? Because they are PART of the "good old boys" club? Whether they want to admit it or not. Or is it that they don't have the gonads to be the one to fire "the shot heard round the world?" I think it is true, that apathy runs rampant.

Every person that takes this oath, from the bottom, all the way to the top, should either put up, or STEP DOWN.

    P.S.
    1. Welcome back. [;)]

    Thanks gunphreak....but I believe I've taken a NEW
approach...I'm not suggesting a civil war here, but rather
    simple LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!!

I've been critical of LAW enforcement before.....and received
several pages of personal attacks. What I'm suggesting here
is that certain types of LAW enforcement is actually CRIMINAL
    activity.

I've been told eloquently as well as irrately that LEOs are
honorable people who arrest lawbreakers at great risk to
themselves. I don't doubt this is true in many cases, but I
believe that anyone who is not DELUSIONAL must see this
"catch 22". A LEO must decide whether he/she is going to
ENFORCE unconstitutional laws and BREAK his/her oath to uphold
the constitution, or take some other course of action!

I think that honorable, just men/women cannot in good
conscience cannot be part of the CORRUPT law enforcement society of
criminals! Any explanations of what they are doing for the
common good is nothing but EXCUSES for criminal/corrupt
    participation.

And what would happen if there were no LEOs? Exactly!!!!
Maybe then our anti-constitutional, bleeding heart, idots would see self-protection and gun ownership in a new light!!

    Interesting thread.

Note well....I do NOT advocate breaking present law...nor starting a Civil War.

I do,however...strongly advocate withdrawing from the political process...and allowing nature to take its course.

LEO'S have amply demonstrated that they take their orders from those that pay them..and resist the thought that every dollar comes from the citizen......Generally speaking, the older LEO'S will walk before enforcing a total gun ban.

Now...as far as arresting officers for contravening the Constitution......lol...[:D]

So one would drag them in front of a black robed "We don't need no stinkin' Constitution in my Court"...Judge ?

The problem is.....They will ALL stoutly assure one and all that they ARE upholding the Constitution...just as the Founders intended...!!!

Plus....even more sickening..they will and DO convince the majority of people this is true....

Highball my friend....I thought it was you who said you had had
enough of the BS and would prefer to "get it on and get it over".
It seems I've misunderstood what it means to "get it on"?

I've also noticed you don't think much of those who compromise
on the second amendment? Isn't that what the older LEOs are
doing? It's nice of them to only circumvent the constitution
and engage in CRIMINAL activity up to a point. I guess that's
easy for them to say since the chances are they will be on pension
before anything meaningful happens? But if it does, they wull surely
walk! Right? Yes, LOL, I don't really expect cops to arrest other
    cops.

I didn't say anything about bringing them before judges who advocate "Don't need no stinkin constitution in my court." My
point is exactly the opposite!! Hell, we have those kind on
the bench now...We wouldn't need a change there to do what I
suggest. And we are living with the result of that now.

OK. I'll admit I'm not getting the point here? We withdraw from the
political process and allow nature to take its' course? Isn't
that what's happening now? And the result is? The sheeple will
confirm that the second amendment is for LEOs and Soldiers only!

I guess I'll just have to take my lumps for believing that every
cop I see is nothing but a lap dog for corrupt politicians. Little
more than a blue-mafia...blue wall and all! So being DELLUDED into
believing they ARE enforcing the constitution is acceptable?

If I take your post to its' LOGICAL conclusion...(I'm stealing here)...we are engaged in feeding a crocodile and hoping we will be
    eaten last!?

Longhunter, buddy...I'm not DEMANDING anything here....I'm pointing
out what I believe to be hypocricy and criminal activity. We gun
owners can DANCE all we want...but the truth is still the truth. It
goes much deeper than judges and politicians....it takes those
who are PAID to man the trenches for them to make it happen!

I don't want to fight with fellow supporters of the second amendment here...I'm just saying that some of us seem to be like the guy
who sits in church on Sunday and bobs his head in agreement with
the preacher, and then spends the rest of the week doing just the
opposite. I mean we have good slogans too...death to tyrants..
....when they pry it from my cold dead hand..give me liberty
or give me death...etc. But what do they really mean? Sounds
    impressive.

I'm going to do the unforgivable now, and quote the bible. Most
of us don't have a CLEARLY defined and well thought out idea of
what we stand for...so a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
Pickenup, my friend, How could I possibly join the NRA when
so many criminals are members? (COPS!) Or are these guys the
ones who will "walk away" when we reach that magic mark in the
proverbial sand? Can you understand why I would feel like a Jewish
member of a Gestapo country club?

Gunphreak...correct me if I'm wrong... but didn't a very wise man
once say, "He who is not with me is against me"? I agree with
Mark Twain about the French...but I sure do like the way they freed themselves from tyranny when they still had the moxy to do so. I
think it was something about eating cake? OK buddy, now for the
tough question....How are we going to end up with the prophecised
ONE WORLD GOVERMENT unless our way of life is not taken away...
    including our guns?

Anyone else notice the lovefest going on between G. Bush Sr.
and slicK Willie? Been making the circuit together on TV lately.
Yeah, Highball, I guess in the end it is going to be a losing
proposition....asking degenerate and self serving sheeple to actually
think and do other things for themselves.

The problem is our government doesn't READ the constitution, they "INTERPRIT" the constitution. In their mind this gives them the right to bend the bill of rights. It doesn't just happen with guns either. Look at Howard Stern. I mean sure the guy can be repulsive, but he has lost his freedom of speech due to millions of dollars in fines. Now he is moving to satelite radio where he will lose some of his fan base due to the fact that not everyone has the capabilities to listen. Its crap. They tell us what we can watch, what we can hear, what we can buy. THe problem is we give in. Just tonight, for example, I was sitting with my girlfriend when this show "Wife Swap" came on ABC. Usually they take two families and show them how others live. On tonights episode they took a conservative christian family and swapped her with a woman from a lesbian couple. I refused to watch the show so I went into the other room. Its amazing how it has become allright to accept homosexual lifestyles. What is this telling todays youth? And when the christian lady started explaining to these women how they were wrong, my girlfriend said that it wasn't her place to do so. My only response to her was if this lady didn't tell them, who would? my point is, I see a lot of people complain on here about infringement of their rights, but how many honestly write their congressman? How many stand up and say no to the people that make the difference? How many actually vote? I see rallies all the time on the news for different things, yet I have never seen a pro gun rally. We rely on the NRA to make our arguements. Lets be honest, I think they are just as crooked as the politicians they lobby to. If we don't start doing something to make a difference, this forum will just be full of people remembering the good ol' days of hunting instead of talking about yesterdays trip to the range.

cowboy123.....You're not going to get an argument from me. I agree!

    Now let's look a little deeper....."The government doesn't READ
the constitution, they INTERPRET it". Who is the government?
Are we not a government of the people, by the people, and for
the people? In theory, sir, WE ARE the government???? I guess
that is the problem...we see our government as ...THEY...rather
    than... US?

The point I've tried to make with this post is that we are
divided and lack direction in the pro-gun, pro constitution
movement. I believe this is true to the point we are simply
CONFUSED! As GUNPHREAK would say, We are "tossed to and fro
by every wind of doctrine"! We gun owners are kinda like the
religious denominations....we say we all believe the same thing.
Then we INTERPRET...and become splinter groups that have no agreement
on anything....but still DELUDE ourselves into believing we are in agreement?

You are right sir, we have passion. That's easily seen on
the forums here. Chest thumping abounds! But you know, GUNPHREAK would correctly say, "Faith without works is dead!" I think that's your message isn't it?

I mean let's take a serious look at ourselves....WE sharply
criticized Ole Gorbeshev for sending tanks into Lithuania. And
we built a monument for Abe Lincoln who sent troops to subjugate
the south? Do you see a difference here? Each simply wanted
to preserve his UNION! Some of my misguided friends tell me
that the two actions are different, and that Lithiania
didn't want to be part of the Soviet Union. Am I wrong in
believing the south did not want to remain part of the
United States? Hell, it was Abe himself who said that when
the government does not do the will of the people that the people
have a right to remove that government by any means necessary.
WOW! Did Abe mean southerners are not people? Yes, our logic is
    seriously flawed.

We are still confused. For example, we are unsure whether
to say the pledge of allegence. Some of us still do...but
how many members of this forum actually want to pledge an
allegence to a flag that stands for a POLITICALLY CORRECT, ANTI-GUN
replublic? We simply don't know what we believe! CONFUSED!

I guess it's rather hard to make a stand when friends or loved ones are concerned. After all, one third of our population works for the
government, my son included. Kinda hard to criticize ALL the
government then, huh? It's easier to look for exceptions! Or be
a blind man destined to fall into a ditch. It seems our way of life as it was intended by our founding fathers has a cancer that cannot be removed without killing the patient.

Our only relief is going to come on the back of a pale
horse! And this rider will come while we all "run to and fro"
pointing a blaming finger at the other guy.

Great post DK. You are right, we are supposed to be the ones controlling our government. We aren't though. We let the media control every aspect of our lives. Lets face it, we all watch the news but how many of us can determine the facts of a situation through all of the spin thats put on it. They take something simple and turn in into a horror story. I understand freedom of speech, but don't we have the same freedom to stand up and say the truth? You don't see it. Surley there are som pro gun folks out there with money. Why don't we ever see anything disputing all of this anti gun rhetoric? Where does all of the money we pay thr NRA go? Shouldn't they be doing something? The point I'm trying to make is if we don't start doing something now, it will be too late.

I'm trying to do my part. I'm trying to open a gun shop with a range. I allready talked to some local youth groups about interest in gun safety classes. If we teach them young, maybe we can start to reverse things for the next generation. I regularly go to lunch with a local senator (we go to church together). I don't have the revenue to do any ads yet, but once I start to turn enough proffit you can bet I will. Everyone can be a big brother. A buddy of mine does this and we take his little brother out to the range all the time. He's even brought a few of the kids friends. Guys we all have to do something to show that we aren't the fanatical bad guys the media makes out to be. The parents of today weren't raised around guns the way we were. They don't talk about issues of freedom with their kids. If they don't, some one has to. If everyone starts to do something, it will make a difference.

There are too few of us at the present to 'carry the day'.

By allowing the empty suits full reign in their drive to subjucate Americans..they will very soon enact a total...or very near...ban on firearms.

THAT is the time for the steps clearly laid out by the Founders for handling tyranny.

NO AMERICAN will turn in his firearms.A LOT of scum will line up to comply...but they are of no matter...save perhaps proof positive separating friend from foe....

Americans are law-abiding folks,by and large...willing to try and just stay on the side of justice. There will be a point when this ends......

You now know the very reasons for getting out of the political process. You legitimize it when you participate...and that allows the police to believe they are 'upholding the Constitution'...while all the time they too are brainwashed by those paying their checks.

Americans don't start fights. They just end them.

Let the other side escalate their mindless striking out at the American way of life....because every time they take down another innocent citizen...they make another 10 or 20 people willing to learn about the Founders...and what the Constitution really MEANS...

Highball says...not enough men to "carry the day".

Man, what an understatement! At my last look, 104 people have read this post and only 6 people have made comment. I even tried to
get activity going by chiding everyone with my "cat got tongue
    OR government got johnson routine!"

This issue is just too tough and close-to-home for public debate.
Catch 22 issues are difficult. If government is corrupt,
then that statement applies to the one third of all Americans who
are employed by said government....and what of the
friends and relatives of these CRIMINALS who have violated their
Oath to uphold the constitution? They too must delude themselves
into some type of acceptable compromise to foster their well-being,
I've done nothing wrong, state of mind.

Here's what I've learned by making this post though.

Most haven't had the intestinal fortitude to respond, even if
for no other reason than to call me names because I touched an
"ouchy" spot. Damn..no one even suggested I move to France!

My conclusion is that the American way of life as our forefathers
envisioned it, is suffering from a terminal cancer that cannot
be cured without killing the patient. And rather than kill the
patient, our society will continue to get sicker and sicker until
it resembles every other third world country. (dead to real freedom!)) I believe there is absolutely NO DIFFERENCE between the political parties. The so-called differences are illusions given to us by ELITISTS who are making the world one big country. And we will soon have a one-world government to control this one world country.

Our constitution will be subjugated and will be INTERPRETED into
agreement with the UN charter. Our laws will be universal and
enforced by LEOs who have no boundry constraints. They will also
probably have a "license to kill". Issues will be settled in the
WORLD COURT in Brussels. Adolph Hitler would be proud that what
he started found fruition, just like Al Capone would be proud of
our unions. (Well, at least the one I'm coerced into paying.) The
military? We already have one poor soul serving a long prison
sentence for refusing to take orders from a UN commander. It
is fitting that this happened when our Commie, draft dodging Pres.
    was Slick Willie!

Like my friend Highball, I don't participate in the process
of corrupt politics, but unlike him I don't believe the sheeple
will rise up when the system gets intolerable. I believe we will
be subjugated with little or no struggle at all. I believe it will
be done so slowly and for the reason of feeling safe and secure.
All but a very miniscule percent of us will even notice! After all,
    it's the LAW, isn't it?

The department of homeland security will see it is done just like
in the movie, Arlington Road. Irony...a movie full of LIBERALS! And
when this all happens, I'll probably be dead and gone. I can only
hope than when it does happen, and believe me it will, my own
children will understand why I advised them not to have children!

Why am I so sure of these things? Most of you gutless readers of
this forum were afraid to comment on what I've said. And if you
cannot find enough courage to address the issue on the internet,
I know what you will do when the jack-booted thugs come to ask
you what you think....right before they give you that nice 666
    tattoo you earned and deserve.

    Well...friend D.K.;

I am unable to fault your logic.

I purely would like to argue with you...but cannot. We slide steadily into darkness, and only a few lone voices cry out against it...and they soon silenced. From public pressure,if notthing else...most today require the good-will of fellow citizens to exist.

Your life time ? I have been watching for 40 years...and the end of a free America is merely a short step away. You will look back on 2004 as being a glorious time of freedom..and pray for such a pale shadow of what our Founders lived and died for.

The bulk of people, however, will glory in their radio chipped,drugged,regimented-to-the-teeth 'security'...reveling in the belief it is freedom.
The final straw..when I knew freedom was beat...was the intrusions at the airports.Ridership, after a short dip...came back to record levels...people paying very good money to have some 7 dollar an hour goon paw their wife or girlfriend.

Allowing their nail clippers and swiss army knives to be stolen from them..and allowing a president to tell them to "Go Shopping"...and "Fight Hi-Jackers with your fist and shoes"..because every effective means of resistance is removed from your person...

Most people havent even read the constitution, much less require their elected representation to dhere to it. If the people dont care, the politicians dont care, the judges dont care, and the police dont care. And with all this uncaring going on, the constitution isnt worth the paper it is written on.

I would like to comment on this topic. Below is a comment made by one of the posters:

I agree with ****** and would just as soon "get it on
and get it over"....win or lose. I've had enough of the
    BS!

Because I feel a certain solidarity with this position I don't wish to mention any names and create a "me vs them" situation. I use this comment as an example only because it quickly and easily sums up what I disagree with.

Our US constitution, that most of us agree is not being followed as intended, is still there to save us from having to go to war against our own country.

The constitution generally allows us to speak out in public to try and recruit a majority of citizens to our position. Once we have that majority, we then have the power to radically chance the face of America back to the way we want it.

The fact that it hasn't happened yet might be because we haven't offered our best message in an attempt to recruit a majority of our fellow citizens; or perhaps the times/condititons were not right for our message.

But we have made a lot of progress. Unlike ANY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WHOLE WORLD, the majority of American states give their citizens a concealed carry right. Now I know that some here will say that under the constitution those same citizens shouldn't even have to ask for that carry right. And I will not disagree with you. But I will still point to the new carry rights as great progress towards America becoming the nation it should be under the constitution.

Our constitution empowers us to, on a predicatable basis, not only to remove/install our elected leaders, but to actually oust from office those leaders that we have decided have betrayed us, the constitution, etc.

This proceedure has worked well for many of the segments of society that we here disagree with. It can work for us without the need to go to war against our own county and countrymen.

For anyone who still wishes to see things just go up in flames, you may not like what you see when those flames die down; even if it appears that you and yours are in charge.

During a major political upheaval of our society, there is absolutely no way to accurately predict what that society will look like once the upheaval subsides.

You and your family might find yourself suffering under, not just a one person/family dynasty rule, but a dynasty that passes their power from father to son without your consent.

For myself I will contine to try and work within the system.

    Very well reasoned,Tr:

Nobody sane REALLY wants to "Go to war with our brothers".....

I submit to you,tho...without that club held ready....NO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER WILL OCCUR.

Compromising,begging,pleading..that is no place for an American to be.

One must deal from a position of strength. We barter that strength off EVERY TIME we give a little more ground.

THAT IS THE TRUE MEANING OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT..something the NRA...and most of American males...have forgotton. The ability to take this country back when the train of abuses get too long....

You are right TR, in a sense....I don't want a civil war
that will scortch the earth either. But unlike you, I have
no hope of reaching enough sheeple with the correct message,
    so I've given up.

My conclusion is, as I stated above....our intended way of life
has a terminal cancer, the only cure (like all out civil war)
of which will KILL THE PATIENT. I think that's what you mean
with your comment about not liking what I see when the smoke clears!

Since I believe a little leaven leaventh the whole lump, I used to
advocate burning everything to the ground and starting ALL OVER
FROM SCRATCH! And you are right, even if "we" won, I might not like
    the result.

So, I'm going to take the non participation to the limit, I'm not
going to participate in ANYTHING! I'm glad my son is too old for
military service...cause to be honest I'd shoot him in the leg
before I'd let him die in a foreign land fighting for a PC country
    I no longer believe in!

Yes, I'll obey your damned ILLEGAL LAWS, and yes, I will have abosutely no RESPECT for anyone willing to compromise or enforce
these illegal laws. So I will do my best to fight the gag reflex
each time I see a LEO or an IRS agent, etc. I will not even participate in our legal system to the best of my ability since I think it is so corrupt it doesn't work either!

For those of you who don't like my attitude...FU! I will pay my
taxes, and thus deserve the right to live here! Yes, I still
believe this is the best country in the world....for no other
reason than we have plenty of food!

I doubt I will respond to any further posts...probably won't even
read them. The good book says don't respond to ignorant and
unlearned questions for such is UNPROFITABLE. I guess I'll follow
my own advice.....I've got enough money to live out the rest of my
life quite comfortbly.....so I'll just do whatever it is that will make me and mine feel safe and have a feeling of well-being.

I just hired two very large, and relatively dumb, bodyguards to
keep my family safe. So all I can say is....keep the F####
out of my way! So we all want to work within the system? That's
what I'm going to do....but I have a feeling a lot of people
aren't going to like it! My first action today was to dismantle
one of my companies due to the local tax situation....I profited
very little from the enterprise, so I dismantled it and told
my ex-employees (all 32 of them) to tell their political leaders
they need help finding a job! I hope they can match the $20.51 per hour they were making, plus benefits, but I doubt it? Maybe some
LIBERAL who shares their views will find them work? For those
wondering, it was an electrical contracting firm. And no, I don't
work there. Hell my some corrupt union will take them on?

If we are going to play this game of feeding the crocodile, I
intend to be one of the last!

    D.K.;
    Spot on.Good post,all in all...

Now...I still believe in America.I believe in the Constitution and Bill of Rights...10 of 'em,anyway...

The Government given us by the Framers was like a fine Walnut bookcase, carved by the finest craftsmen.

Not their fault we stocked that Bookcase with porno flicks and tabloids...instead of fine literature....in other words...we have hollow little men elected to office..sold out creatures to the New World Order..their only activity being to be on top when the ax falls on America....

The book..."Atlas Shrugged"...Ann Ryand...addresses somewhat what you are doing.
Decent people dropped out of the 'culture'..one at a time...till the system ground to a halt.(Who is John Galt...)
They refused to allow their talent and ability be fatladyd away by a "politically correct" system..

I feel your frustration.Just one small ray of hope.

Day by day...more people take a clear-eyed look around...and don't like what they see.

DK, if not too late to stop the dismantling of your company I wish you would consider an alternative that might make you feel better, help your present loyal (I hope) employees and even help start working towards the America that you and others want.

Why not just turn your company into an employee owned company with the understanding that any profits generated will first pay you what you expected to get from selling the assests, etc.

Once you are fully compensated for your kind gesture, another part of your agreement with your employee owned company would kick in. Since you don't seem to need the income for yourself, specify that a percentage of the after tax profits (10% ?) go towards a non-profit political group, or any kind of groups you set up, so that group would have a never ending supply of at least a reasonable amount of money with which to fight for and promote your (and others) ideas of the direction this country should go.

I've often said that money is power so therefore lack of money is lack of power. For uncertain reasons, it always seems like our side is always short on money. This might be one way to help counter that trend, keep your employees working and make you happy.

Would seem like a win-win all the way around.

    JMHO

TR>>>my absolute last post. I don't intend to provide
incomes for LIBERAL minded employees. It's ILLEGAL to screen
them....PC you know! I'm liquidating my assets into a total
non participation mode....that means as little income as possible.
That way I don't pay ANY taxes that would support the SYSTEM!

While what you suggest may sound reasonable on the surface,
I'd wind up funding against myself at least 6-1. For every
dollar sent to a pro-gun organization 4 would go to liberal
emplyees and 2 to the government. LOSE..LOSE...LOSE! And on
top of that I don't trust the leaders of your so-called pro-gun people....they have too much invested in continuing the debate.
I doubt even Sarah Brady wants the debate to end, because her income
would end at the same time!

I'm taking early retirement. I intend to spend as few dollars as
possible in this country....I don't want to support anything that
smacks of our PRESENT CULTURE! Ordered my property sold too. A
few years back, the Ohio supreme court ruled it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL
to fund the school system with property taxes....nothing's changed,
they're still doing it! So why pay property taxes? They only
build new gymnasiums and hire more queers or liberals to teach that
homosexuality is an alternative lifestyle! Far as I know the three
Rs are gone. The only things left in our school systems are
sports arenas and liberalsim, and I don't agree with either.

As for my hunting.....I'll do that in New Zealand. Now if I
could just find a way eat without spending so much. Eating
is my one real vice. God Bless American Food...I don't
seem to like much else American anymore!

    Got too much money?
I need a small business loan.
    100K would about do it.

Of course with the increased profits, from the expansion, I could not help but to feed the system a little. I would keep is as low as possible though. [:)]

Yeah, if you've got too much money I could sure use some funding for my little venture mentioned earlier in the post as well. Anything would help.

    Guys-

Just a suggestion, but be sure to word your posts VERY CAREFULLY. Several people suggesting that arms be taken against LEO's and judges can be construed as conspiracy-the only thing missing in some of these posts is a date to act. Remember, big brother is ALWAYS watching.

It's easy to spot liberals-they are the ones who have no assets to protect and need every handout they can get. They have forbeyed themselves ascendence to a productive lifestyle.

Yep. And on top of that it doesn't make any sense to give advance notice to someone you plan on hitting.

Our rights in this country only exist when the guys with the black robes stop carving out exceptions to every corner of the Bill of Rights. Today we have far less freedom then when they wrote that stuff... We grumble and complain. Instead of whining about lost liberty, the strong oder of gunsmoke should be in the air!

Of course, we won't see any objections from the rest of us, here.

I have theorized what might happen should the people take up arms in this country (and actually win), what would happen to all those of the infrastructure that made a Revolution occur, my guess would be that they would all be given a trial, and executed later that day for treason.

Those who would offer any interpretation that would relegate Amendment II to "relic" status of a bygone era are blatantly stating that the remainder of the Bill of Rights isn't worth a damn, either.
