Recovering Gun Rights

In this age of increasing anti gun sentiment, how would a person begin to try to get their gun rights back and what chance is there of it happening. As I understand it the Federal Govt. actually used to review cases where a citizen was trying to recover their gun rights but has cut off funding for this program.

    Gary Gorski, California Attorney is one of the few challenging firearm legislation to get rights back. Unfortuneatly the Supreme Court refused to see his case of Silvera-vs-Lockyer leaving the 9th Circus Court ruling standing.
