Will the demise of the AWB allow the importation once again of unaltered FN-49 rifles? I understand that later FN-49's imported by Century Arms had to have the muzzle thread protector welded to the barrel.

    AWB has nothing to do with the import ban.

    Go to www.atf.gov and read about the awb and it expiring
