Question on Liability of Firearm Instructor, Fl.

Hell-o from the Sunny South [8D],

I am usually a visitor on the other forums but I would like to ask your help regarding a question of liability of a "Florida CCW Firearm Instructor." Due to recent developments, a nagging question keeps coming up in discussion; whether a CCW Instructor could be sued here in Florida if a student, who obtained a CWP, was involved in a shooting.
I know my question could raise a miriad of opinions but, can anyone tell me if there has been precedent established whereby a Firearm Instructor is liable in the chain of events leading to a CWP actually shooting someone and, consequently, the shooting "victim" files suit claiming the CCW Instructor culpible.
Thanks ahead of time for any and all help.
