concealed carry in criminal empowerment zones?

Michigan may pass a new allow allowing concealed carry in criminal empowerment zones!

We need to push for this in Virginia! Everywhere, actually!

How can we get something like this initiated?

    I am sorry that you have criminal empowerment zones. The county I live in has one of the highest CCW rates in the state. The offical rate works out to 1 in forteen people legally carry, this does not count those who don't want to pay the $26 fee for the right to carry, they think the 2nd ammendment should not have to be paid for.

    Every time one of these miscreants shoots unarmed people it reminds me of just how well gun control laws work in favor of the criminal.

    Would someone have been able to stop him? Who knows. But I can say with certainty, no one did without one.
