Gentlemen your thoughts
I am a Class 1 and 111 dealer in Arizona. I am currently being audited by ATF. While checking my inventory (1 of the 7 agents at my place of business) began xerox copying all my records. I questioned her and was told it was so they could check my 4473's against my bound books at their office. (This was done to spare me interference while they did their work which I appreciated)I questioned her about removing my records and her response was they would be discarded after they were done with their audit. The only copies being kept would be of any violations.
The agents were all very polite and answered any questions I had.
