New to me bow ...

FEENIXFEENIX Member Posts: 10,559 ✭✭✭
2012 Omen Pro (http://compoundbowchoice.com/brands/pse/x-force-omen/specs/). Paid $400 with new string and brand new CAMS, not sure if that's a good deal but I wanted it to upgrade from a 1998 Mathews Signature. [:p]

Installed Rip Cord rest, Black Gold 5-pin sight, and limbsaver stabilizer.

Haven't really shot much as I am nursing a tennis elbow and going through physical therapy. Hope to be ready and start shooting in the next month or so and get ready for the archery season.

iffn' you are still sore when elk season hits, let us know and I'm sure you can find someone that would be wIllinig to draw back for you [:)] I mean, we cannot go a year without your taunting (by that I mean, posting pics of your meals [:)])

Looks like a good setup, best of luck.

L[:p]L! I do love to cook as much as I do hunting and fishing.

Hurting or not I will be out hunting.[^]

~3 years ago, I had a rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder in June and was out hunting opening day of archery by September. I'm so determined on my physical therapy sessions that my therapist reduced my face time from 2X a week to 2X a month.

    Thanks guys. Happy safe shooting/hunting.

Got to shoot it for the 1st time today ...

I think I'm good at 30 yards but 40 needs serious work. I only shot 12 arrows. Overall, I'm very pleased considering I was shaking bad and was still in pain. I still have until September to build up and practice. [:p][}:)][^]
