I would like some help finding the least expensive source for black powder. I want to buy fffff.
I have my Federal Explosives Permit but they don't supply us with sources.
Black powder is so much less expensive than high explosives.
I can also use ffff.

Since you have your Explosive License, you can buy at dealer cost. Grafs sells at discount to license holders, also you can just Google up "Goex black powder" or "black powder distributors" and you will find several sources.

Graf Brothers will sell to anyone, just pay the hazardous shipping fee. Their house brand is very economical and very high quality. It's all I use. It is made by Wano in Germany.
    Also try Powder Inc.

If you order it, don't forget the $20 hazardous material shipping fee on top of regular shipping. Black powder from Graf's is inexpensive but the shipping gets pricey if you order just a pound or two.
