going to start to load some 32-40's. Anyone with experience on thes have any tip on what to be careful of or quirks they might have?

    going to load 32-40 for a blackpowder marlin 1893. Would like to use Trail Boss powder. Any suggestions? 170 gr. lead bullets by the way.

    Tom,
    Be careful, it is very easy to wrinkle a case.
    Bell the case mouth, but not too much.
    Excessive belling will shorten case life.
    Check your overall case length, consistency in case length will help avoid problems.
    Adjust your seating die to make sure you can use the proper canalure in the bullet for crimping.

    Pretty much the same procedure I use on 38-55's
