I see this pistol advertised at the EMF website.
It looks like a pocket model frame w/ Navy grips.?
Can anyone tell me if this is basically a Pietta 1861 size model though?
Also,
Is this model a replica of a Metropolitan made revolver?
I have read that Metropolitan Arms Co. started making Colt clones in 1861, 51, and 62 style revolvers after the big fire at the Colt plant in the 1860's.
