A young man, my unofficially adopted grandson, is interested in acquiring a SA for a carry weapon. He has been properly indoctrinated on the benefits of the 1911. He has experience with my Springfield & Kimber. However, as a college student is budget is restrained.
Some on this forum had lauded the Rock as an inexpensive but dependable alternative. While briefly reviewing those offered on the auction site, I was unable to determine if they are available with adjustable sights. Are they? Are they available in compact size?
