Mini14 rifling

I have been found that twist rate on the current Ruger Mini14's to be 1:9. Does this twist rate stabilize the 55gr or 62gr better?

    Early Minis had a 10 twist, later changed to 7.
    For bullet "preference" you will have to shoot the gun, they are all individuals unless the twist is grossly insufficient for a long bullet.

    a one in 9 generally works very well with 62's. They will shoot up to a 69 just fine though.
