need help 22 cal revolver

I had posted this before but yet to get enough info. This has been a real challange on the bottom of the revolver it says B.J. Special 1001 it came with a rosewood presentation case with extra rosewood grips along with the bone stag grips already on it. I cannot seem to locate who the manufacture is or the date it was posably made. I have had 1 lead to a manufacture of (arminius) but I could not seem to locate my info, to this them. Any help would be great help.
