Please help me identify this receiver -Winchester?

I can not figure out the model/manufacturer of this receiver. The bolt is still inside. It has no serial numbers. Since there are no threads for the barrel it must pin in. It has what looks like a Winchester proof. If it is a Winchester I have no idea which model. Thanks in advance

No serial number as it was made from 1957-1961 (not required until 1968).

Very few .22's were made as "Open Bolts". French Gevarm being the most common. Many were imported between the 50's and the 80's. Until the feds slammed the door on them, in the late 80's. Because of the Open Bolt mechanism.
