Is an FFL required to sell an extractor for a pistol (example: Glock 22/23)?

Glock extractors are available on the internet for $20 plus shipping, and they can be shipped right to your door.
The only part required to go through an FFL is an actual gun receiver, which is the part legally considered to be "the gun".
With the exception of suppressors and certain trigger-control parts for full auto guns, all other parts are just machine parts so far as the law is concerned.
