no markings (I think there was on the strap, but rusted too much), about 14" long, rifled bore about .35"

It is a Savage Revolving Fire Arms Co. Navy Model, Flayderman #7A-095.
About 20,000 made 1861- sometime in the mid 60s.
11984 on government contract (only 800 to the US Navy, most to Army.)
The one pictured is in "rusty relic" condition but complete except for the grips and loading lever.
I would be interested in bidding on the Savage. List it on GunBroker and it'll sell.
