Sako L579 ring question

ok i am putting a new leupy scope on my sako 579 and i want to use new rings because i will laping the rings and dont care to lap my vintage sako rings. so my question is the rings look like a standard dovetail ring, is this the case, Do I just need to buy new dovetail rings?

    Sako dovetails are the same; Tikka dovetails are a tiny bit shorter.
    If you get the Leupold dovetail rings for a Sako and your rings/tube don't line up; then you start lapping.

    that is kinda what i am asking is do i need a spefic model leupy dovetail rings for my sako or just any leupy dovetail rings

    Sako dovetails are also "tapered" while the majority of European
    dovetails are straight.
