I have a 1985 belgium browning a5 about 60 to 70 percent any ideas of value trying to get fair price selling for elderly lady who needs money it was her husbands gun

    60 to 70% isn't a positive. As far as condition is concerned. It would grade it out to "Good", at best.

    Check the completed auctions. For actual selling prices. Lot of A5's were made over the years. Shouldn't have any problem. Getting a handle on what they're selling for.

    Might make it to a couple hundred bucks if you are lucky.

    From 1976 these were made in Japan (not a bad thing). If a "std" model at 60-70% the price range in the books is $400-500.

    However, I agree with the above. View the "sold" on GB (not the asking)and that will give you a better idea.
