I was reading the Stars & Stripes today...the Air Force is trying to get Congress to let them retire over 1000 planes over the next 5 years, but Congress, in their infinate, bone-headed (power hungry) wisdom says "NO". The article mentioned that of those 1000+ planes, almost 40 are B-52s that they don't want anymore. The Air Force only has 98 B-52s on active status...they want to retire over 1/3 of their B-52 fleet! That means that field is going to become very comptetative (sp?) if they manage to pull it off. Also, RHIP. Catpealer, that means you might have to reclass...
