  You CAN shoot any weight bullet. The gun MAY not like some of them though. Accuracy wise.

  Just be danged sure you remove the choke before firing 45's in the 45-410 barrel. I use 255gr hard cast bullets in mine mostly.

  In the 45 colt, I use cowboy loads, in all the others, I load em pretty much to factory ammo specs..
