Combat boots, what brand?

  Normally when I go out I wear either my issued desert Bellevills or my cowboy boots. The new desert boots are pretty comfortable

  Get some army surplus boots, if you aren't concerned with looking flashy. I got a pair every two years for a while from my stepfathers friend. They do the job.

  I wear genuine Corcoran jump boots to drills (State Guard)and Rocky waterproof boots on field exercises. The Corcorans look great when they are polished up and the Rocky's are comfortable even in a swamp.

  I've worn many different pairs, mostly jungle boots. Currently wear H&H jump boots and Altama Ripple soles, but by far the best pair I ever wore the soles off of were original issue Vietnam-era jungle boots w/ the Panama sole! Those did about 400 miles on the Appalachian Trail over the years, and got well abused on the farm.

  matterhorn atd's(artic to desert). 10" tall all leather and just as comfortable in the high summer heart as the sub zero winter. best boots i've ever owned

  I've been the overgrown tennis shoe route of most modern "combat boots". Danner is the only boot I wear now.
