if they have fixed blade bayonets on rifles, a handgun should have a Combat Folder.
Some do.[:)]
There was a early prototype that had a spork attached.
The Elgin cutlass pistol:

was purchased by the U.S. Navy for the 1838 South Seas Exploring
Expedition.
In his book _The Treasury of the Gun_, Harold L. Peterson mentions that
according
to some accounts a cutlass pistol was used once in combat on the
expedition, with
a sailor spliting the skull of a native with the blade. However, in his
recent book
about the expedition _The Sea of Glory_, author Nathanial Philbrick
writes of no
such incident, although he mentions the Elgin cutlass pistol and
several skirmishes
with islanders.

I wouldn't recommend carrying that in a "Pager Pal" holster! [xx(][:0]
It's part of a pair, the other one has a fork on it.

they later abandoned the idea when people were mysteriously commiting suicide. oddly enough most of the suicidal persons were eating to make sure they had a full stomach for the afterlife[:D]
in a CQC scenario the knife a gun must be seperate yet united entities. speperate in each hand to be able to perform individual tasks
You are nothing but a complete common heathen! How DARE you think of using that knife to spread caviar!

Use it to spread brie and caviar on your toast points?
Pick your fingernails?
Personally, I would have no use for such a thing.
Maybe it is a Swiss Army Handgun.
Here's the Swiss Army carbine
