Normally I don't drink beer because I drink Jim Beam.

But if I do decide to have a beer, it'll be either Coors Light or Michelob Golden Draft. [8D]

I can't stand the taste of any beer(I've tried probably half a dozen or so). However, one night not too long ago, drinking my usual smirnof triple black, I happened to read the label and discovered a fact that pissed me right off! Since it's a malt beverage, they call all those smirnof drinks, "flavored beer". I was pissed because I've been saying for years now, "I can't stand beer." or something to that effect. Now I'm sort of a hypocrit AND a friggin beer drinker, I guess.

I look for two qualities in a beer - cold & free. Other than that I like Micheloeb Amber Bock or Lite on tap.

If it moves, salute it. If it doesn't move, pick it up. If you can't pick it up, paint it.

Favorite American light lager style: Miller genuine draft.

Favorite regional: Abita ale (New Orleans, LA)

    Favorite regional, Boston: Harpoon IPA.

By the way, the original Sam Adams brewery is here in Boston. Its a bit hokey, but the tour is worth it for the free beer at the end, if you're ever in town! Sometimes the owner Sam Koch is around, and he's a hoot, if you ever get a chance to see him.

Back when I young and used to drink beer, anything cold. Now that I'm old, my tastes have matured, and I have gotten more picky; anything cold.[:D]

    Brewed. Prefferably Cold.[:D]

Tried some of that "brit" style warm stuff. It's ok if there is no refrigeration around, I guess, but not my first choice.[xx(]

Lately, I re-discovered "Rolling Rock" from Lattrobe, Pa. very good drinking stuff to quelch a thirst in hot summers. There are others for different times, but summer is a-coming and Rolling Rock is "cheap" and refreshing, almost like drinking "seltzer water" which is my #1 choice. [:D][:D][:D][8D][8D][^]
