Got this in the mail on Friday from JJmitchell, we had done some trading. Nice target model, 44 cal. Very good condition.

So the collection begins the long haul back up to where it was before.

Well, maybe not where it was before but in that direction.[:D]

Waddaya think? Some scrimshaw bone buttons in the grips to dress it up?[;)]

Nice. Are you going to shoot it or just enjoy owning it? I've seen some of your scrimshaw work and I'm sure it would look great.

I have a stainless, and it's a blast to shoot. I think I need to replace the spring in the loading arm though, at around 38gr of 3F it has a tendancy to drop down every couple of rounds.

Yea, I'll shoot it. I always shoot what I own. I'll probably dress it up with some scrimshaw too.[:)]

[8D]Yo Blckhrn, I have one, it weighs 68 oz. almost as much as my S&W 500, beautiful firearm-they say that the "good" guys could load and shoot all 6 rounds in 1 minute in the 1850's![:p][:p][:D][:D]
