  That'll do. Don't be afraid to run a welder that way either.

  I've done that with a welder but with a 100 foot cord. In college the garage I was using was down the block from my house.

  I pulled my electric stove hook up out and use it for my welder now. Hate electric stoves, would sooner cook with sterno than use one [:D].
