    Well she was recusing herself from the case due to her prejudice, the man definately was out of order and disrespectful to the court and the judge, a couple days in the tank and some community service are in his future. I don't agree with the judge's attitude but at least she was doing the right thing by recusing herself from the case she had a conflict of interest however she should not have been raking the defendant over the coals about hunting just because she doesnt believe in it.
